Meso'11 applications

During this congress week, we will proceed to the traditional election of the organizers of the next event: Meso'11.

Each potential candidates have to send us, as for the communications, a video presentation of the candidacy. The candidate is free to organize his or her presentation as he or she wishes, in 10-15 minutes, but we suggest to mention at least the following points:

• dates of the congress (2025? before? after? Which month?)
• organizing laboratories / universities
• general principles of the organization: number of parallel sessions, duration of communications, excursions...
• what solutions are envisaged in the event of a new impossibility to physically hold the congress
• publication modalities.

All applications must be sent to our e-mail address before Tuesday, September 8 at 12:00 noon. They will then be put online in the evening. A live discussion (videoconference and chat) is scheduled on Wednesday, September 9, starting at 2:00 pm between all the candidates (within the limit of one speaker per proposal) and the listeners.

An electronic voting system will then be open to all listeners until Friday, September 11 at 12:00 noon. The results will be communicated live at 2:30 pm.
